What to expect when you turn up at your treatment
Within your treatment time we will always start with a check in on you, to find out what is going on and what you would like to receive from the treatment. I will agree a treatment plan with you and talk you through what we will do. The session will end with a chat about aftercare and sharing some of the self-care tools I can send you away with.
